About Me

Hi, I am Anubhav🙋‍♂️
I Don’t Run Ads. I Build Revenue Systems.

I didn’t enter marketing because it looked exciting.
I stayed because I became obsessed with one question:

Why do some brands scale — while others burn money doing the same things?

That question pushed me beyond campaign execution.
It pulled me into buyer psychology, funnel mechanics, tracking architecture, and the discipline required to scale without breaking foundations.

Over time, my role evolved.

From launching campaigns…
To diagnosing acquisition systems…
To making decisions that directly affect revenue efficiency.

Today, I operate at the intersection of performance, data, and structured growth.

How I think about marketing

  • Understanding the real problem before jumping to solutions
  • Setting things up properly so growth doesn’t break later

  • Testing with intention, not randomness

  • Knowing when to push harder — and when to stop

I care less about vanity numbers and more about signals that actually move a business forward.

What I’m not trying to be

I’m not trying to look loud.
I’m not chasing shortcuts or overnight wins.
And I don’t pretend to know everything.
Focused on One thing and become the Master of that.

I’d rather be clear than clever, honest than impressive, and curious than confident without reason.

My work journey

I’ve spent the last few years working hands-on in performance marketing — across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and growth-focused campaigns.

I’ve worked with different kinds of accounts:
early-stage brands, fast-moving teams, and structured environments where scale and discipline matter.

Over time, my role evolved.
Less about “doing more things” and more about doing the right things — understanding intent, fixing foundations, and making decisions backed by data, not assumptions.

Today, I work in a large agency environment (Publicis Group), where precision, accountability, and long-term thinking are non-negotiable.

Work Experience

Where I’ve actually worked

I didn’t learn marketing from courses alone.
Most of it came from sitting inside real accounts, real budgets, and real pressure —
from early-stage testing environments to structured, global agency setups.

Here’s a snapshot of that journey

Working inside a global performance marketing setup where structure, scale, and clarity matter.

  • Analyze and optimize campaigns across Google & Meta in data-heavy environments

  • Work with clear KPIs, structured reporting, and performance frameworks

  • Focus on decision-making: what to scale, what to pause, and what actually moves impact

  • Learn how large brands think about performance beyond short-term wins

This role sharpened how I think — not just how I execute.

This is where scaling became real.

  • Scaled daily ad spend from ₹5K to ₹30K while maintaining strong conversion rates

  • Worked deeply with Google & Meta Ads across lead and performance-focused campaigns

  • Balanced growth with efficiency instead of chasing numbers blindly

  • Learned how small optimizations compound at scale

Here, I stopped “running ads” and started managing performance.

This role built my foundation across industries.

  • Managed Google & Meta Ads for education, finance, travel, and hospitality brands

  • Learned how user intent changes across industries — and why one strategy never fits all

  • Gained hands-on experience with tracking, creatives, audiences, and funnels

  • Built discipline around testing, learning, and iteration

This phase taught me versatility.

My early exposure to fast-paced performance marketing.

  • Managed Meta Ads for dropshipping and e-commerce businesses

  • Learned speed: rapid testing, quick decisions, and performance feedback loops

  • Understood how creative, offer, and targeting work together under pressure

This is where I learned how performance really behaves in the wild.

When I’m not working on campaigns,

Traveling is usually where I reset. When I’m not working on campaigns, I spend time exploring new places, going on long rides, and chasing a bit of adventure. Along the way, I’m often reading or learning out of pure curiosity, observing how products, content, and systems are designed, and writing notes or ideas that sometimes turn into blogs. I genuinely enjoy understanding how things are built — not just in marketing, but in general — it keeps my thinking sharp and grounded.

A few things I enjoy

Outside work, I like having creative outlets that don’t need metrics.

  • Photography — noticing details, light, and composition

  • Writing — thoughts, ideas, and unfinished drafts

  • Guitar — playing for the process, not the performance

They keep me grounded, curious, and creatively sharp.

A moody, candle-lit study session with open books and notes, perfect for cozy learning vibes.
